Common questions
Can I buy a car without visiting Dhaka?
Yes. Around sixty percent of our sales complete remotely. You receive a walkaround video, the full inspection report, and a live video call with the expert before any payment is made.
How does a pre order or deposit work?
A refundable deposit holds a car or an allocation slot for fourteen days while the inspection report and paperwork are finalised. The deposit is credited against the invoice or returned in full.
Do you handle import duty and registration?
We do. Customs clearance, VAT and duty handling, EU type approval where required, and first registration are all managed by our desk.
What warranty comes with a used car?
Every car under ten years old ships with twelve months of mechanical cover as standard. Collector cars are sold with a condition report rather than a warranty, and we say so plainly on the listing.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, including cars we did not sell you. Send the registration and mileage and we will return a valuation within forty-eight hours.
