The forms on this site collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the brief. Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel) collect page views and interaction events when those services are configured.
To answer your enquiry, hold a viewing slot, or alert you when matching stock arrives. Lead data is stored against the vehicle it relates to so an expert can pick the file up without asking you to repeat yourself.
We do not sell or rent contact details, we do not run newsletter drip campaigns, and we do not pass your details to finance or insurance partners unless you ask us to.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, purchase records for the statutory period required by Dutch tax law. Alert subscriptions end when you reply asking us to stop.
Analytics scripts load only when a measurement id is configured for the deployment. They set first-party cookies for session attribution. Blocking them in your browser does not affect any form on this site.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Email desk@crosscontinent-autos.com and we will action it within 30 days.
